Bentley OpenUtilities Workflow Manager is a companion product for Bentley OpenUtilities Designer that gives managers and supervisors the ability to track and approve designs from inception to completion without requiring a full edit environment. Bentley OpenUtilities Workflow Manager supports multiple work flows, each with its own set of states and available actions. Work flows are established during configuration. Work flows are defined during the configuration phase. Work flow types can be manually created and edited through the user interface or they can be created via the system's interaction with a work management system. The Bentley OpenUtilities Designer product suite is a collection of products to streamline design and manage an up-to-date register of assets in a GIS for owner operators of utility networks.

Bentley Utilities Workflow Manager offers a subset of the Bentley OpenUtilities Designer functionality.
